Summer Camp Robotics Instructor

Are you passionate about robotics and inspiring young minds? Do you enjoy tinkering and building cool creations? If so, then we want YOU to join our team as a Robotics Instructor for our exciting Summer Camp!

In this role, you’ll be the spark that ignites a love for science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) in curious young minds! You’ll lead engaging robotics classes, guiding campers through the world of robots and helping them build their own creations.



    • Develop and deliver age-appropriate robotics curriculum focused on basic programming, construction, and problem-solving.

    • Introduce campers to core robotics concepts like motors, sensors, and basic coding principles (depending on age group).

    • Lead hands-on workshops where campers build and program their own robots using various kits and materials.

    • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment where curiosity is encouraged and mistakes are seen as learning opportunities.

    • Provide clear instructions and troubleshooting assistance as campers navigate the building and programming process.

    • Ensure all safety protocols are followed while using robotics equipment.

    • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

    • Participate in camp-wide activities and events as needed.



    • 18+
    • Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting (preferred).

    • Strong understanding of basic robotics principles and programming concepts (level dependent on age group).

    • Prior experience with popular robotics platforms or kits (a plus).

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.

    • Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for STEM education.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:


    • This is a temporary, seasonal position for the duration of the Summer Camp program.

    • Camp hours will typically be Monday and Wednesday 1 pm to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

    • Experience with specific robotics platforms is a plus, but a strong understanding of core concepts and a passion for teaching are essential.
