We brought some artistic flair to Bronx River Houses!!! Our Bronx River Cornerstone program is hosting a Community Photo Day, in which residents had the opportunity to express themselves through photography! This event kicks off the “From Roots to Arts” Artist in Residence Program, a 2-year initiative which brings together local artists and NYCHA residents to encourage unity and storytelling through the use of art in public housing! Aside from beautifying the neighborhood, this initiative will also be sure to bring people of different backgrounds and ages together!!!
