My name is Ana Bueno, and I am the Program Director for P. S. 018. I have a strong passion for supporting students and creating programs that help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Before becoming a director, I worked as a classroom teacher for five years, where I gained valuable experience guiding students, building relationships with families, and creating engaging learning environments.

I earned my degree in Psychology from the University at Albany, which shaped my approach to working with children by helping me better understand their development, behavior, and individual needs.

As Director, I strive to create a welcoming and enriching program where students feel supported, encouraged to explore their interests, and excited to learn each day.
